Acceptable Use Policy

Use Sendlander to improve legitimate email—not to create, conceal, or scale abuse.

Effective or last updated 22 August 2026

This policy is part of the Sendlander Terms and applies to every account, organisation, connected sender, test, monitor, API call, and person using the service.

Permissioned business email only

You may use Sendlander only for lawful business email that you are authorised to send and test. You must follow applicable anti-spam, marketing, privacy, consumer, and telecommunications laws and the rules of connected providers. You remain responsible for consent, suppression, unsubscribe, identification, and recordkeeping obligations.

Prohibited messaging and content

You must not use Sendlander for unsolicited bulk email, purchased or scraped lists, address harvesting, spam, phishing, impersonation, fraud, harassment, malware, credential theft, illegal goods or services, deceptive claims, rights infringement, or content that creates a material risk of harm.

Protect the seed network

Seed addresses and tracking tokens are provided only for the specific test or workflow in which they appear. You must not reuse, publish, sell, scrape, enumerate, probe, subscribe, forward to, or send unrelated traffic to them; attempt to identify their owners; send excessive volume; or use them to train, manipulate, or evade mailbox-provider systems. “Warm-up” or sender-repair activity is allowed only through an explicit Sendlander feature and its controlled limits.

Protect systems and accounts

You must not bypass credits, rate limits, access checks, or security controls; gain unauthorised access; scan or test vulnerabilities without written permission; interfere with service availability; introduce harmful code; automate abusive traffic; reverse engineer restricted components; resell access without agreement; or use another customer’s data or credentials.

Enforcement

We may throttle, quarantine, refuse, investigate, preserve evidence, suspend, or terminate activity where we reasonably suspect a breach or risk. We may contact providers or authorities where necessary to protect people, systems, or legal rights. Credits and fees connected with prohibited activity are not refundable. Serious or repeated abuse may be terminated without notice.

Report suspected misuse to abuse@sendlander.com with relevant identifiers but no passwords, raw credentials, or unnecessary personal data.
