What does a credit pay for?
A credit funds the metered action shown in the app, normally one inbox-placement test. The current pricing and plan allowance shown at checkout is authoritative.
How do trials and monthly plans work?
The trial length and renewal amount appear before checkout. Unless you cancel first, the selected plan begins when the trial ends and renews for the period shown.
How do I cancel?
Open Billing, then manage the subscription. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid period.
What is auto top-up?
If you explicitly enable it, Sendlander can add credits using the saved Stripe payment method when your balance reaches the chosen threshold. You can turn it off in Billing.
What currency and tax apply?
Public prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable tax may be added or reflected by Stripe based on the transaction and customer information.
Can I get a refund?
Fees and consumed credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law or agreed in writing. Contact support promptly about duplicate charges or a billing error.
What happens if payment fails?
Stripe may retry. Paid features can be limited until the invoice is resolved. Use the billing portal to update the payment method.
